Before the 2023 Winter Holiday, CCSU took delivery of a large white box about the size of a small trailer. For about a month, it sat on the second floor by the vending machines. People speculated: What could it be??

 Then professionals came by, hooked it up, and voila! CCSU has a photo booth students can use to take professional headshots for resumes and professional profiles. Since then, I have seen so many happy students using the booth. One student coached another through the process, both giggling in delight. Another student was so happy save the funds she would have spent to get a passport photo. Another student told me that it was so cool to have the booth there for photos.
